Lotos Studio Masażu is a professional massage studio in Szydłowiec, Poland, specializing in holistic wellness treatments for women. The studio combines traditional massage techniques with a modern approach to well-being, offering individually tailored therapies in an atmosphere of tranquility and professionalism.
The work
Designed, built and maintained: the site, an integrated booking system with payments (Stripe/PayU), automated gift vouchers and an admin panel. It replaced WordPress and traditional hosting - no CMS to patch, no plugin surface. Roughly 60% less manual booking work, and protected APIs behind a BFF with rate limiting and Cloudflare bot protection.
A remote installation that runs itself. Capture happens on a Raspberry Pi (indi-allsky) with a Starlight Xpress Oculus PRO 180° all-sky camera, live GPS merged into every frame. Each image uploads to Cloudflare R2 as it is created, through the S3-compatible connector. Capture runs nightly, a timelapse is generated and uploaded each morning, and a scheduled job holds the whole thing to a 7-day retention window.
The work
Built and operated by me. Watchdog services track service and hardware state and reset them automatically: faults are detected and recovered without anyone being paged. The same delivery pattern as client work - object storage, scheduled jobs, an API, CI deployment - and something that has to keep working while nobody is watching. It happens to point at the sky.
